Foreign Minister holds meeting in India with business executives and investors
Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi held a meeting with a number of business executives, investors and companies from various economic sectors in India.
The meeting took place during the Minister's visit to the Republic of India to participate in the meetings of the G20 foreign ministers in the Indian capital, New Delhi.
The meeting discussed trade and investment relations and existing Omani-Indian partnerships. The meeting also reviewed the investment opportunities offered by Oman, as well as the incentives and facilities available to business owners.
The meeting also discussed partnership opportunities in the fields of education, health, technology, information technology, digital transformation and renewable energy. (For more on Oman India cooperation click here.)
The meeting was attended by Issa Alshibani, Oman's Ambassador to India, Pankaj Khimji, Adviser for Foreign Trade and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and the main coordinator of Oman’s participation in the G20 meetings and Ambassador Khalid Almuslahi, Head of the Minister’s Office.
