Foreign Minister heads Oman delegation to Doha Forum

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, headed the delegation of the Sultanate of Oman to the Doha Forum in the Qatari capital under the title “Transformation into a New Era.”

The two-day forum is being held in the presence and under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar.

In this 20th edition, the forum is focussing on a number of themes, including geopolitical alliances, international relations, the financial system, economic development, defence, cyber security and food security, as well as sustainability and climate change. A number of leaders, ministers, senior officials and academics from different countries of the world are participating in the forum.

On the sidelines of the forum, the Foreign Minister held bilateral consultations with a number of heads of participating delegations from brotherly and friendly countries.
