Foreign Minister discusses bilateral cooperation with Dutch counterpart

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi and Dutch Foreign Minister Hanke Bruins Slot discussed the long standing relations and ongoing cooperation between the Sultanate and the Netherlands.

During a phone call, they agreed on the urgent need to end the humanitarian disaster in Gaza and halt the escalation by pursuing a two-state solution as the only way to achieve peace.

Sayyid Badr emphasised the importance of respecting international law and holding Israel accountable for its severe violations and its practice of the most brutal forms of blockade and genocide, which include the starvation of Gaza's residents.

The Foreign Minister highlighted the necessity of recognising the Palestinian state to achieve justice and alleviate humanitarian suffering.
