Egypt: Ambassador helps plan for Cairo International Book Fair

Abdullah bin Nasser bin Musalam Al Rahbi, Oman’s Ambassador to Egypt and Representative to the League of Arab States, met with Ahmed Bahi el Din, Chairman of the General Egyptian Book Organisation, to discuss collaboration for the 56th Cairo International Book Fair, where the Sultanate of Oman will be the Guest of Honour.

During the meeting, they discussed the accompanying cultural programme, which will feature contributions from a distinguished group of intellectuals from Oman and Egypt.

The fair is scheduled to open on January 23, 2025, under the patronage of Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
