Delegated by His Majesty, Sayyid Asaad heads for Algeria

Delegated by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty, left Muscat today heading to the People’sDemocratic Republic of Algeria to chair the Sultanate’s delegation to the 31st Arab Summit, due to be held in the capital Algiers on November 1st and 2nd.

His Highness Sayyid Asaad and his accompanying delegation were seen off  by Sheikh Abdulmalik Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council; Sayyid Saud Hilal Al Busaidi, Governor of Muscat; Dr Saud Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources; Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion; Dr Mohammed Said Al Ma’amari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, the Charge D'affaires of the Algerian Embassy in Muscat and Saif Mohammed Al Abri, Secretary General of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty.
