President of India receives His Majesty

President Droupadi Murmu, President of the Republic of India, received His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik this evening at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in the Indian capital, New Delhi.

During their meeting, His Majesty and the President shared their keenness to consolidate the existing close relations between Oman and India and to continue working to enhance partnership opportunities in various fields.

The discussions also touched on developments in regional and international issues and matters of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by the official delegation accompanying His Majesty and a number of senior officials from the Indian government.
