His Majesty receives Ambassadors' credentials

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik accepted at Al Baraka Al-Amer Palace one-by-one the credentials of a number of Ambassadors accredited to the Sultanate of Oman:

His Majesty receives Qatari Ambassador credentials

Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad bin Jassim Al Thani, Ambassador of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar;

His Majesty receives USAmbassador credentials

Ana Escrogima, Ambassador of Joe Biden, President of the United States of America;

His Majesty receives Brazilian Ambassador credentials

Alfredo Cesar Martinho Leoni, Ambassador of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, President of the Federal Republic of Brazil;

His Majesty receives credentials Uzbek Ambassador

Abdusalam Khatamov, Ambassador of Dr Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

His Majesty receives Iranian Ambassador credentials

Mousa Farhang, Ambassador of Dr Ibrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

During individual meetings with His Majesty, the Ambassadors conveyed the greetings and wishes of their countries’ leaders to His Majesty the Sultan for good health, happiness and a long life and for the Omani people to achieve the development, progress and prosperity to which they aspire.

They expressed their great honour and pleasure in presenting their credentials to His Majesty, stressing that they will make the utmost efforts to advance relations between their countries and Oman in ways that serve the interests of the Omani people and the people of their countries.

His Majesty the Sultan welcomed the Ambassadors, thanking the leaders of their countries for their greetings and good wishes. His Majesty assured them that they will receive full support in their duties from himself , his government and the Omani people.

The credentials presentation ceremony was attended by the Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, the Foreign Minister, the Commander of the Royal Guard of Oman, the Chief of Royal Protocol and the military escorts of His Majesty the Sultan.
