Algerian President departs Oman after three day state visit

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and his accompanying delegation departed Oman following a three day state visit.

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said was at the forefront of those bidding him farewell at the Royal Airport.

Also present to see him off were: Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said; Minister of the Diwan of the Royal Court, Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi; Minister of the Royal Office, General Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nomani; Minister of Interior, Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi; Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi; Muscat Governor and Head of the Honour Mission, Sayyid Saud bin Hilal Al Busaidi; and Oman's Ambassador to Algeria, Saif Nasser Rashid Al Badaai.

Accompanying President Tebboune on his visit was an official delegation including: Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf; Minister of Finance, Laaziz Faid; Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab; Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari; Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi; Minister of Trade and Export Promotion, Tayeb Zitouni; Minister of Environment and Renewable Energies, Fawzia Dahleb; and Algeria’s Ambassador to Oman, Dr Mohamed Ali Bougazi.
