Political Undersecretary meets Italian Deputy FM

Sheikh Khalifa Al Harthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs received Edmondo Cirielli, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic.

The meeting discussed ways to enhance and develop bilateral cooperation to serve joint interests. There was also a discussion of regional issues and developments in the Middle East.

The meeting was attended by Munthir Mahfoudh Almanthiri, Head of the Europe Department at the Foreign Ministry and Pierluigi D'Elia, Ambassador of Italy to Oman, as well as  several officials from Oman and Italy.
