Foreign Secretary meets Secretary General of Digital Cooperation Organisation

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi met with Deemah Al Yahya, Secretary-General of the Digital Cooperation Organisation (DCO), on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, she outlined the organisation's various efforts and initiatives. The discussion also covered cooperation between Oman and the DCO focusing on projects supporting digital diplomacy, capacity building and skill developments in digital economy, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development.

The meeting was attended by Ali bin Amer Al Shidhani, Undersecretary for Communications and Information Technology at the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, along with several officials.
