Oman welcomes decision of Norway, Ireland and Spain to recognise State of Palestine

The Foreign Ministry expressed the Sultanate of Oman’s welcome of the decision by the governments of Norway, Ireland and Spain to recognise the State of Palestine.

In a statment, the Ministry expressed the hope that the rest of the countries that have not yet recognised the Palestinian State will follow suit in support of the right of the Palestinian people to achieve independence and freedom in accordance with international law.
