Latvia: Oman's non-resident Ambassador presents his credentials

Badr Mohammed Badr Al Mantheri, Oman's Ambassador to the United Kingdom, presented his credentials as Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Latvia to Edgars Rinkēvičs, President of the Republic of Latvia.

The Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and His Majesty’s wishes for good health and happiness to him, and for continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of Latvia.

The Latvian President asked the Ambassador to convey his sincere greetings to His Majesty wishing His Majesty good health. He also spoke of  the importance of enhancing the prospects for trade and investment cooperation between the Oman and Latvia.

The Ambassador said His Majesty's government is keen to strengthen the relations between the two countries and raise them to the highest levels of cooperation especially in the fields of trade, investment, artificial intelligence and green energy.
