Iran: Embassy holds National Day reception

Ibrahim bin Ahmed Almuaini, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Islamic Republic of Iran, hosted a reception on the occasion of the 53rd National Day.

The guests extended their congratulations to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik expressing their wishes for further progress, prosperity and growth for the Sultanate of Oman and its people.

The speeches also praised the Sultanate and the historical achievements achieved during its blessed renaissance, especially Oman's international policy and its prominent role in addressing regional and international issues, aiming to spread peace among the peoples of the region and the world.

The ceremony was attended from the Iranian government, by Abbas Aliabadi, Iranian Minister of Industry, Minerals and Trade; a number of Iranian political figures, heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions, representatives of international organisations, military attachés to Iran, as well as Iranian and foreign academics, media figures, intellectuals, and business executives.
