Tunisia: Ambassador hosts book signing

Oman's Ambassador to Tunisia Dr Hilal bin Abdullah Alsananii, hosted a signing at the Embassy of the novel “Narcissa, or This is How Salalah Happened” by the writer Fadela Al-Hawaidi.

The author worked as an Arabic language professor in Salalah from 2014 to 2020.

At the signing the Ambassador spoke of the importance of supporting cultural cooperation between Oman and Tunisia and of holding such events.

The event was attended by a number from the Tunisian literary scene by various figures interested in the novel as well as by staff and diplomats from the Embassy.
