Oman condemns storming of Al Aqsa Mosque

Oman's Foreign Ministry expressed the Sultanate's strong condemnation of the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by an Israeli government official and members of the Knesset, guarded by the occupying forces.

The statement denounced these continuous violations as a provocation that inflames the feelings of Muslims adding that they represent a violation of international law.

The Foreign Ministry affirmed Oman's full support for the Palestinian people, calling on the international community to assume its responsibilities in securing their legitimate rights, ending the occupation and achieving a just and comprehensive peace.
