Foreign Ministry Undersecretary meets Italian Special Envoy for Syria

Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs Mohammed Alwahaibi received in Muscat today Stefano Rafagnan, the Italian Special Envoy for Syria.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on developments in the region and international issues of common concern.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Abdullah Alriyami, head of the Ministry's Western Europe Department; Pierluigi D'Elia, Italy's Ambassador-designate to Oman and a number of Ministry officials.
