Oman and USA hold official talks

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken held an official session of talks in Washington.

During the session, the two sides announced the organisation of the first Strategic Dialogue between the Sultanate of Oman and the United States of America (USA).

The session also touched on a set of topics related to bilateral cooperation, in addition to regional and international issues of common interest that are included in the joint statement between the two countries.

The session was attended by Moosa Hamdan Al Tai, Ambassador of Oman to the USA, Ambassador Khalid Almuslahi, Head of the Minister’s Office Department and a number of officials from both sides.
