Omani Ministers offer their condolences at UAE Embassy in Muscat
Omani Ministers visited the embassy of the sisterly United Arab Emirates in Muscat to offer their condolences on the death of His late Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
They were received by His Excellency Mohammed bin Sultan Al Suwaidi, the UAE ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman and members of the embassy.
Their Excellencies the Ministers expressed their condolences and sympathy to their brothers in the United Arab Emirates, praising the role of His late Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and developing relations between the two countries, stressing the strength of the historical relations between the two countries, which are increasingly firmly established.
For his part, His Excellency the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates expressed his deep thanks and appreciation for the kind visit made by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik yesterday to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to offer condolences on the death of His Highness the late Sheikh – May God rest his soul. He stressed the profound impact the visit left on the hearts of all the people of the Emirates, wishing the continued development and prosperity of the Omani-Emirati relations.
At the end of the visit, Their Excellencies the Ministers wrote expressions of condolences and sympathy in the embassy’s condolence register, asking God Almighty to bestow mercy and forgiveness on His late Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and to bless the sisterly United Arab Emirates with continued security and prosperity.
