Omani Egyptian Business Council meeting held in Muscat

Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi and Egypt’s Foreign Minister His Excellency Sameh Shoukry, attended a meeting of the Omani-Egyptian Business Council at Al Bustan Palace this evening.

The meeting discussed a number of issues related to strengthening economic, trade and investment relations between the two brotherly countries, in cooperation between the private sector in both countries.

In his speech, Oman’s Foreign Minister stressed the importance of the Omani Egyptian Business Council in strengthening trade and investment cooperation between the two brotherly countries. He added that enhancing the prospects for economic cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the Arab Republic of Egypt requires the redoubling and intensifying of efforts on the ground to translate the aspirations and common goals of the two countries within the framework of projects that bring economic benefits to everyone and satisfy the hopes and aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.
