Foreign Minister phones Algerian counterpart

Sayyid Badr Hamad Albusaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, today phoned Ramtane Lamamra, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

Sayyid Badr expressed his deepest condolences and sympathies to the Algerian government and people for the victims of the fires which have broken out in several provinces, praying to Allah the Almighty to have mercy on the victims and grant survivors a speedy recovery.

Sayyid Badr added that the Sultanate stands in solidarity with Algeria against this calamity.

The two ministers stressed their keenness for Oman and Algeria to continue boosting cooperation in different areas to serve their joint interests.
