Oman condemns criminal actions of Israeli occupation forces in Gaza

The Foreign Ministry has expressed the Sultanate of Oman’s condemnation and strong denunciation of the brutal attack in which the Israeli occupation forces targeted unarmed Palestinian citizens who were waiting to receive food supplies in northern Gaza. This resulted in the death of dozens of martyrs and the injury of many civilians.

In an official statement the Ministry points out that these systematic criminal acts by the occupation forces are a clear violation of all international and humanitarian norms and laws. It adds that they are nothing but a continuation of the policy of extermination that the Israeli occupation forces have adopted towards the Palestinian people, whose living conditions have been severely restricted by the barbarism of the occupation forces.

The Sultanate of Oman calls on the international community to intervene urgently and decisively to put an end to the tragic humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip and to hold the occupying state fully responsible for its targeting of civilians and civilian facilities in the Gaza Strip.
