President of Zanzibar receives Foreign Ministry Undersecretary

President Hussein Ali Mwinyi, President of Zanzibar, received in his office today, Mohammed Alwahaibi, Undersecretary of Oman's Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

The meeting reviewed bilateral relations and ways of enhancing cooperation and partnership to serve the common interests of both Oman and Zanzibar.

The meeting was attended from the Omani side by Saud Alshethani, Oman’s Ambassador to the United Republic of Tanzania and Said Al Sinawi, Oman’s Consul General in Zanzibar. It was also attended by the Tanzanian ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman and a number of Zanzibar government officials.
