France: Launch of Oman travel book

An event hosted by Ahmed Alaraimi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman in Paris, launched the book Oman: In the Footsteps of the Sailor Sinbad

The book, written by distinguished French illustrator Stéphane Barroux, and Lionel Rabin, and published by Akinomé, documents a journey by the two authors across Oman. It will be available in French bookstores from April 11.

The event was attended by prominent cultural and media figures with an interest in the heritage and history of Oman.
