Mauritania: Ambassador takes part in opening of Cities Heritage Festival

Oman's Ambassador to Mauritania, Sheikh Saif bin Hilal Almamari, participated in the opening of the twelfth Heritage Cities Festival in the historic city of Oualata in the presence of President Mohamed Cheikh El Ghazouani.

The festival celebrates the ancient cities of Ouadane, Chinguitty, Tichitt and Oualata which are classified as World Heritage sites by UNESCO.
