Spain: Arab Ambassadors meet with Spanish Foreign Minister

The Council of Arab Ambassadors in Madrid met with the Spanish Foreign Minister, as part of the current Spanish presidency of the European Union.

During the meeting, which discussed the current violence on the Gaza Strip, it was agreed to make further efforts for peace in the region, seeking to avoid more casualties and to allow the passage of humanitarian aid.

The meeting was in implementation of a mandate from the Ministerial Council of the League of Arab States.
