Iranian President to visit Oman on Monday

Dr Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran will pay a visit to the Sultanate of Oman this Monday.

A statement issued by the Diwan of Royal Court today reads as follows:

“In reiteration of the good neighbourliness and advanced relations binding the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Iranian President Dr Ebrahim Raisi will pay a visit to Oman this Monday, 23 May 2022.

The visit reflects the Royal keenness attached by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and President Dr Ebrahim Raisi to enhance bilateral relations in various spheres to serve their interests and aspirations. The visit will explore areas of cooperation between the two neighbouring countries.

May the Almighty Allah grant the two wise leaderships success to serve their countries and the Islamic nation!”
