Oman condemns car incident in the German city of Magdeburg

The Foreign Ministry expresses the Sultanate of Oman's condemnation of the car incident in the German city of Magdeburg, which resulted in the death of a number of people and the injury of dozens.

In an official statement it sends Oman's sincere condolences to the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the families of the victims and its sincere wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.

It reaffirms Oman's firm position in rejecting all forms of violence and terrorism, regardless of their motives and causes.
